Document Description
The proposed project includes up to 126 new dwelling units and approximately 11,000 sf of ground floor commercial space within a 3.69-acre site identified as Opportunity Site 22 within the San Pablo Avenue Opportunity Area of the West Oakland Specific Plan. The granted approvals include Design Review for new construction and a Vesting Tentative Tract map for a two-lot subdivision for condominium purposes.
The project relies on the previously certified Final EIR for the West Oakland Specific Plan (the "WOSP EIR"; ER12-0018; SCH#2012102047, certified July 15, 2014), and will implement all applicable SCAs and mitigation measures identified in the WOSP EIR.
