Document Description
The proposed project is to amend County File #LP 335-63 to establish five residential units for faculty housing, approximately 1,200 sf in size and 15 feet tall. The project also involves the removal of seventeen trees ranging in size from 7 inches to 20 inches in diameter, and work within the drop line of seven trees. There is sufficient parking on-site located in various areas of the property provided for these units. The applicant is also requesting a variance request for a 20-foot front yard setback (where 25 feet is required) to allow the porch feature of the proposed residences.
