The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2013-0295-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Loafer Creek, LLC (the Permittee) as represented by Grant Hornbeak.
The overall Project consists of the construction and operation of a golf course, hotel and wellness center over an area of 541.2 acres.
