Document Description
Minor Use Permit 13-0004 is an amendment to the previously approved Whisper Ridge Golf Resort (Whisper Ridge) Use Permit 12-0006. Whisper Ridge approved April 23, 2013. Whisper Ridge is located within the boundaries of ten parcels (072-180-012 thru -017, 072-180-029, -030, 072-180-054, -054, and 072-570-001), all of which are currently undeveloped and vacant. Within the ten parcels, 537.41 acres are for development of a Golf Course Resort, Hotel Complex, and Wellness Center. The golf course area is zoned AG-80 (Agriculture - 80 acre minimum) and FR-40 (Foothill Residential - 40 acre minimum) with a Recreation Commercial Overlay Zone and the hotel area is zoned MHDR (Medium high Density Residential) and REC (Recreation Commercial).
