The US Army Corp of Engineers, US Bureau of Reclamation, Board, and the Sacramento Area Flood Control Agency proposes to implement operational changes to the Folsom Dam and Lake in an updated Water Control Manual. The new reservoir operation rules will incorporate objectives for Folsom Dam and the Sacramento Metropolitan Area.
