The project is associated with the development of the Podva Property subdivision that will permanently impact 9.2 acres and temporarily impact 4.2 acres. The project shall fill 182 linear ft of the northwest branch of San Ramon Creek, 42 linear ft of the east branch of San Ramon Creek, 64 linear ft of the southeast branch and construct storm-drains and outfalls in the upland banks of San Ramon Creek to facilitate the new development. CDFW is executing a lake and streambed alteration agreement no. 1600-2014-0049-R3 pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to the Ponderosa Homes II, Inc. as represented by Jeffrey Schroeder.
