The proposed project will include the construction of a 35,636 sf, two-story building for a Honda dealership and a 21,108 sf, two-story building for a Volkswagen dealership. Each building will contain a showroom, tech facility, delivery and customer service support facilities, servicing and parts support facilities, and a reception service. The 7-acre site will include 533 parking spaces for employees, customers and new vehicles, and associated infrastructure. The subject site will be accessed via two driveway entrances along Orange Drive.
