The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-SBR-46644-R6), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), District 8. The Project involves construction of one Express Lane in each direction of the I-10 from just west of the I-15, in the City of Ontario, to just east of Pepper Avenue, in the City of Colton. Additionally, new or extended auxiliary lanes will be constructed in four locations.
