Document Description
The proposed project would involve construction of 66 single-family residential dwellings on a partially developed 7.49 acre site. The northern portions of the project site are developed as a paved parking lot, which supports the existing 12-screen Edwards Cinema complex. The southern portions of the site remain vacant and contain mature trees along with limited quantities of vegetation. The southern portions of the site have been recently disked for fire suppression purposes. The project proposes to construct 29 single-family residential dwellings within the existing parking lot area north of Dover Avenue and 37 single residential dwellings south of Dover Avenue, within the undeveloped portions of the project site.
