Document Description
PAR 219 would provide an exemption to a written permit for certain additional equipment, processes, or operations that produce small amounts of air contaminants. Sources added to PAR 219 would not require written permits or filings and would not be issued operating parameters from the SCAWMD. PAR 222 would provide access to a simple and efficient filing system for certain additional low-emitting emission sources, but would continue to receive operating parameters that are similar to existing written permit conditions. The IS identifies only the topic, operational air quality, that may be adversely affected by the proposed project. Operational air quality impacts to this environmental area will be further analyzed in the Draft EA.
