EMWD anticipates the construction of its Wine Country Infrastructure Sewer Project within the Temecula Valley Wine Country. It is proposed to construction approximately 45,200 lineal feet of pipelines plus two lift stations. The pipelines would generally be within the rights-of-way of Rancho California Road, Monte de Oro, and Calle Contento. The project would be located within an unincorporated area of Riverside as well as the City of Temecula in Sections 19, 21, 22, 24, 25, 26, 27, 30, 33, and 34, T7S, R2W, SBB&M.
