Document Description
The proposed project includes the removal and replacement of three existing static billboard sign faces with electronic/digital sign displays (i.e. "digital billboards"). These three billboards are located on two separate structures (both structures support two sign faces, but only one structure would have two digital sign faces; the other structure would retain one static sign face). The applicant would construct, maintain, and operate the new digital billboards under the terms of a development agreement. The proposed new sign faces are 48 feet in width by 14 feet in height. Total height of the proposed new billboard structures would be 48 feet from existing grade. Construction would include removal of the existing structures, drilling of footings, concrete placement, electrical upgrades, and minor landscaping; each structure would require 6 construction days.
