The project is a Countywide update to the Tulare County Comprehensive Airport Land Use Plan. Changes to the plan include an update to the Safety, Noise, Overflight, and Height policies and safety zones. The Countywide plan update affects Visalia, Tulare, Exeter, Woodlake, Sequoia, Eckert, and Porterville Airports and their surrounding communities.
