Document Description
The project consists of development of and a comprehensive update to the City of Reedley 2008-2013 Housing Element. The document includes the framework for the development of suitable housing for all segments of the population, with particular focus on housing for extremely low-, very-low, low-, and moderate-income groups and other special needs groups such as large family households, farm workers, disabled, and elderly persons. The Housing Element has been prepared pursuant to Sections 65580 through 65589 of the CA Government Code.
