Document Description
The proposed project would consist of the demolition existing structures and constructing a new 8,320 square foot Family Dollar commercial retail facility. The proposed project would require a lot line adjustment as well as a zoning text amendment to change the requirements from a 10-foot minimum setback in the Downtown B Zone and enable the placement of a recessed building with improved parking along the front yard. The proposed development will include a landscape parking area with the 32 parking spaces.
