Document Description
The project site is composed of two parcels (APN's 045-282-001 and 045-282-002) in a commercial area zoned Downtown B. The proposed project would consist of demolishing the existing structures and constructing a new 8,320 sf Family Dollar commercial retail facility. The proposed project would require a lot line adjustment as well as a zoning text amendment to change the requirements from a 10-foot minimum setback in the Downtown B Zone and enable the placement of a recessed building with improved parking along the front yard. The proposed development will include a landscaped parking area with 32 parking spaces.
