The project is the construction of a single-family dwelling, accessory living quarters, staff quarters, tennis pavilion, pool cabana and gate house on a 7.88 acre site. The main residence will be 35'9" in height and is 32,604 sf of floor area in size. The combined accessory buildings will have a total floor area of 12,990 sf. Total combined floor area for all the buildings is 50,443 sf. The project site was previously graded, (from previous approvals in 2006-2009) and a waiver of the tract map requirement per (Section 91.70068), creating two building pads and retaining walls for the construction of two single family residences. The revised development is within the boundaries of the previously graded pads. There will be two driveways, one located on the southwestern corner of the site with access to/from Chalon Road and a secondary access point would be provided to/from Chalon Road at the northwestern portion of the project site. The requested entitlements are for a Parcel Map Exception, Lot Line Adjustment to merge four lots into one legal lot, and for a Haul Route Permit for exporting soil.
