Document Description
CDFW is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (#1600-2013-0235-R5) to the project applicant, City of Agoura Hills. The project is limited to widening Agoura Road to its maximum build-out width within the limits of the City of Agoura Hills. Agoura Road would be widened from two lanes to four lanes from the westerly city limits to just west of Reyes Adobe Road, and again from Ladyface Court to Kanan Road. The project proposes to permanently impact 0.11 acres of riparian habitat and 0.68 acre of temporary impact to riparian habitat including 0.08 acres to wetlands. The project proposes to mitigate with creation, restoration and/or enhancement of 0.9 acres of CDFW jurisdiction, at least 0.18 acres consisting of wetlands.
