Document Description
The project consists of the replacement of an existing 46-year-old, 16.5 (kV) power cable between the Ellwood Onshore Facility in the City of Goleta and Platform Holly in the Pacific Ocean as part of repair and maintenance. The project includes installation of a 15,700 ft long replacement power cable from the EOF to Platform Holly, of which 800 ft is in the City. The new cable will be installed at an entry pit of the EOF in the gravel access road, and continues south under a portion of Sanpiper under the beach and surf zone to an exit pit 1,400 feet offshore.
