Document Description
Allow a photovoltaic solar power generation facility with related improvements including one pad-mounted inverter/transformer and a six-foot tall chain-link fence on an 8.68-acre portion of a 14.00 acre parcel in the AE-20 (Exclusive Agricultural, 20-acre minimum parcel size) Zone District. The proposed facility will utilize subterranean conduit to connect to an existing 12kv PG&E electrical distribution line adjacently located along the western boundary of the project site. The project site is located on the east side of Bethel Avenue, between Jefferson and Lincoln Avenues, approximately one mile east of the unincorporated community of Del Rey (5652 S. Bethel Avenue) (Sup. Dist.: 4) (APN: 350-190-01).
