Note: Review Per Lead The Coachella Valley Water District has prepared an Addendum to evaluate minor modifications to the southern alignment previously identified and analyzed in the 2012 Hwy 86 Domestic Water Transmission main phase 2 and pump station project initial study/MND. CVWD proposes to install, operate, and maintain a 30-in domestic water transmission pipeline along Harrison St, from Ave 74 south to Ave 86, near the unincorporated communities of Thermal and Oasis, within Riverside County. The project is located within sections 2, 11, 13, 14, 19, 24, 29, 30, 31, and 32, T 8S, and R8,9E between latitude33.499082 and longitude -116.119857, and latitude 33.426114 and longitude 116.078733.
