Document Description
This project will fund grant agreements ARV-12-063 and ARV-12-064 with Harvest Power Tulare, LLC to build, own, and operate a biofuel facility via anaerobic digestion, which will produce transportation fuel through a compressed natural gas refueling station. This is an addition to the existing composting facility that will increase the total tonnage from 156,000 tons per year to 216,000 tons per year.
