Document Description
The project would widen Warner Avenue from Main Street to Grand Avenue, from the existing variable ROW to a consistent 110-foot ROW. Warner Avenue would have six 11-foot lanes, 14-foot raised landscaped media, 5-foot bike lanes, 4-foot parkways, and 6-foot sidewalks. The project requires City acquisition of 35 full parcels and a portion of 27 parcels.
