The project is limited to the installation of two culvert road crossings on Class II Watercourses as described in Garret - Parks Timber Harvest Plan, THP#1-12-045 SON, Section II, Item 38, Crossings #5 and #6. Crossing #5: Installing an approximately 48-inch wide, 40- foot-long culvert with a trash rack. Placing-6 inch plus rock at the inlet and 1-foot plus rock over a 36-square-foot area at the outlet spillway. Crossing #6: Installing an approximately 42-inch wide, 60-foot-long culvert with a trash rack. Placing 6-inch plus rock at the inlet and 1-foot plus rock over a 36-square foot area at the outlet spillway.
