Document Description
Easton is applying for funding to investigate and identify the most cost effective, sustainable, and affordable long-term solution to the community's drinking water issues, including nitrate, uranium, DBCP and bacterial contamination of wells. Through the course of the project study it will be determined whether a test well is necessary; If so, the test well is included and covered by this CEQA document. The planning project will include the preparation of environmental documents and design of a potential latter construction prject. The project will benefit the residents of the community of Easton.
