Document Description
The project is limited to the removal of all human generated debris and riparian vegetation within the channel of Sand Slough. Vegetation along the banks will not be disturbed however it can be pruned to allow equipment access or remove limbs that will hinder the flow of water. The cut vegetation will either be removed from the channel by hand or by the use of heavy equipment that remains on the banks of the channel. At no time will heavy equipment be used to pull vegetation up by its roots and disturb the soil.
