Document Description
The project is limited to the installation of a dock access staircase to allow safe travel over rip-rapped area. The project includes installation of an approximately 4' x 20' prefabricated aluminum staircase, construction of a 5' x 5' concrete pad to support the lower end of the staircase, and a 5' x 5' concrete pad at the upper end of the staircase. No native vegetation shall removed as part of the project, and the project will be installed above the water level, during seasonal recession of water. An electric winch shall be used to pull staircase up the slope from the lake shore.
