Document Description
The proposed project would involve the issuance of an easement to the Union Pacific Railroad Company. Union Pacific is adding a second mainline track and to do so it is necessary to do some grading work to accommodate the track. State Park property is adjacent to the existing Union Pacific's right of way and the grading work would extend beyond Union Pacific's current right of way. The proposed easement would cover approximately 1.05 acres, about 918 feet in length and fifty feet in width.
