Document Description
The proposed project consists of interior renovations to Solar Turbines Building 10, located at the Solar Turbines Harbor Drive Facility. Currently, Building 10 is uninhabitable and is required to undergo a complete seismic retrofit as mandated by the City of San Diego building codes. The building will undergo interior structural modifications to address seismic life safety issues per National Standard ASCE 41, making the building habitable. The proposed project will return the building to office and medical space consistent with similar office areas located on the Solar Turbines Campus.
