Issue Right of Entry Permits for the ongoing monitoring of previously installed wells to Monterey Peninsula Water Management District for wells at Carmel River State Beach and the Seaside Groundwater Basin Watermaster for wells within Fort Ord Dunes State Park. There are eight wells at Carmel River State Beach and seven wells at Fort Ord Dunes State Park requiring monthly, bi-annual or annual monitoring. Permits will be for the operation and routine maintenance of wells utilized for the purpose of gathering data on water levels, the degree of any groundwater overdraft, seawater intrusion and water quality.
