Project consists of the sale ans assignment of 25 square feet of SEZ restoration credit from Conservancy-owned land, to a project on which existing utility poles will be replaced with new utility poles meeting current requirements. The assignment enables the receiving project to be completed without any net increase in the amount of existing land coverage in Bailey Class 1b (SEZ) areas within the Lake Tahoe Basin.
