Document Description
UC Davis proposes to lease and occupy Building 248 at the former McClellan Air Force Base. Buidling 248 was designed and used by the US Air Force for work involving redioisotpes. LEasing the existing building would accommodate teaching and research efforts related to radioisotope testing and processing. Upon lease execution, the owener of the building would complete interior modifications and upgrades to renovate laboratories, conference room space, and office space and would make minor exterior upgrades.
