Southern California Gas Company will design, construct, and operate a CNG fueling station at its existing Lancaster field office. The fueling station will be accessible to 37 CNG fleet vehicles and the public, and will operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Reasons for Exemption
Installation of a compressed natural gas fueling station at a distribution field office which is used for operation, maintenance, and customer service calls. Existing facilities on-site currently have natural gas service for commercial building use. New construction for compressor, storage and dispensers would supplement existing gas facilities but would not substantially expand operations.
