Document Description
The purpose of this activity is to revise guidelines previously adopted by the California Energy Commission to govern the general administration of its New Solar Homes Partnership Program ("NSHP") pursuant to Public Resources Code section 25780 et seq. The Guidelines are being revised to 1) modify the payment process to allow certain documentation and interconnection to be completed after teh reservation expiration date under specified conditions, 2 ) clarify that the program administrator will verify the system generation allocation percentages for virtual net metering system during the payment process, 3) revise the reservation application form and payment claim form, and 4 ) make other clarifying and non-substantive changes.
