The project will upgrade the two existing Changeable Message Signs (CMS) from incandescent electrical bulbs to LED electrical bulbs, which are more energy efficient and last longer, thus minimizing the exposure of maintenance workers to changing out the electrical bulbs so often for these important message signs.
