Document Description
The Project includes replacing a failing four foot culvert with a new 100-foot long by five-foot diameter high density polyethylene (HDPE) culvert, re-grading the stream channel to its natural grade and installing a rock riprap hydrologic energy dissipater. A rock lined swale will be constructed to convey drainage from the road above the project site to a 60 linear-foot by 12-inch diameter slope drain which will terminate into the culvert outlet dissipater. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2011-0175-R3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
