Document Description
The proposed project would involve the lease of 98,520 square feet of office space in an existing 12-story building for the relocation of the HCD Headquarters. Only interior tenant improvements would be made to the facility. The lease space would house 485 staff, and would include 394 nonexclusive and 80 exclusive parking spaces. In compliance with Government Code 15808.1 and Health and Safety Code 50093.5, the project site is within 1/4-mile of a public transit corridor.
