The U.S Department of Agriculture/U.S. Forest Service (USDA/USFS) Stanislaus National Forest (NF) - Calaveras Ranger District is requesting $74,975 in funding from the Sierra Nevada Conservancy's Proposition 84 Healthy Forests Grant Program to complete the environmental documantation needed for National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) compliance regarding forest thinning on 550 acres in the Stanislaus NF.
