CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 (SAA #1600-2012-0035-R6) of the Fish and Game Code to project Permittee, Mono County Economic Development Department. Permittee proposes to install a pipeline at the intake of the Bell diversion to replace 1800 feet of open ditch, and connect this pipeline to the existing 15-inch pipeline.
