Document Description
Clean Harbors Environmental Services, Inc. (Clean Harbors) Permit Modification is for acceptance of a revised Work Plan (WP) to update the closure performance standards (Cleanup Levels) and increase the amount soil samples taken from the Permitted Hazardous Waste Management Units (HWMUs). The Cleanup Levels that will be used are the United States Environmental Protection Agency Region 9 Dated, April 2012 Industrial Regional Screening Level and the California Modified Values. The total amount of soil samples taken from the HWMUs will increase from 9 to 11 to have enough samples for comparison with background samples.
