Document Description
This activity consists of the discretionary approval for the project. The nature of the project is to pipeburst approximately 3,500 feet of existing 6" and 8" sewer. This work is needed because the existing sewers are impacted with roots, are failing in sections, or have reached the end of their useful life. The beneficiaries of the project include the people served by the Novato Sanitary District and the people of the State of California, by eliminating the potential for discharge of sewage into nearby creeks and Novato Creek during adverse weather conditions.
