Document Description
One of the west entrances to the building on 12th Street will have an access panel installed with a card reader and an automatic door opener with an international symbol of accessbility. The existing conference room suite 220 will be partitioned with two new solid walls to create two office spaces and a smaller conference room. Four ceiling lights will be moved for better lighting for the proposed three spaces. The remaining historic features will be two historic doors and hardware and three sets of exterior window fenestration.
