Document Description
The proposed project would improve the accessibility, functionality, energy efficiency, and American's with Disabilities Act compliance of the existing DMV Ventura Field Office, which was constructed in the 1980's. The scope of work includes: removal and replacement of all sidewalk and paving at the perimeter of the building, addition of bollards near the drive test area and perimeter of the site on the south and west property lines, pavement sealing and striping, exterior lamping replacement or repair, exterior singage replacement, as well as interior renovation of various items such as drinking fountains, cabinetry signage replacement, as well as interior renovation of various items such as drinking fountains, cabinetry, singage, building finishes, minor wall and door changes, replacement of all flooring materials, complete reconfiguration of the public service area, ceiling tile replacement, and lighting and control replacement.
