Document Description
The proposed project would improve the accessibility, functionality, energy efficiency, and American's with Disabilities Act compliance of the existing DMV Napa Field Office, which was constructed in 1993. The scope of work includes: removal and replacement of some sidewalk and paving near the enrty, the addition of bollards near the drive test area, possible pavement sealing and stiping, exterior lamping replacement or repair, exterior signage replacement, as well as interior renovation of various items such as drinking fountains, cabinetry, signage, building finishes, minor wall and door changes, complete reconfiguration of the pubic service, ceiling tile replacement, and lighting replacement.
