Document Description
Construct a stairway located at Twin Lakes State Beach to provide a safe access to Blacks Beach for park visitors. Work will excavate approximately twelve (12) holes each 10 inches wide by 12 inches deep to install piers that will hold a stairway with three landings approximately 24 feet in length from the roadway to the beach.
