Document Description
On December 2011, Applicant cleared and grubbed a drainage feature to facilitate the flow of air to proposed vineyards on-site, resulting in impacts to the bed, bank, and channel, and associated riparian vegetation of the unnamed tributary to Santa Gertrudis Creek. Unauthorized impacts to DFG jurisdictional areas are estimated to include 2.09 acres of jurisdictional areas, consisting of streambed and riparian vegetation.
The Department authorizes a total of 2.98 acres for recontouring of the streambed to its pre-impact conditions and revegetation and enhancement of the project site.
