Note: Supporting Doc. NEPA/CEQA A Project Specific Avian and Bat Protection Plan (PSABB), a Fire Management and Protection Plan, and the Amended and Restated Agreement for Provision of Fire and Emergency Protection Services between San Diego Rural Fire Protection District and Tule Wind LLC for Tule Wind Reduced Ridgeline Project (Project) are now available for public review and comment. The Project includes up to 20 turbines that could be sited on the Ewiiaapaayp trust lands and up to 7 turbines that could be sited on the California State Lands Commission (CSLC) state controlled lands. These documents will assist the Bureau of Indian Affairs in its determination of whether to approve the lease of a portion of Ewiiaapaayp Reservation for the Project.
