Document Description
The applicant seeks approval of a land use permit to establish a wireless telecommunications facility on the subject property. The proposed facility will be comprised of a 55-foot tall monopine (faux pine tree), nine 8-foot tall antennas and two GPS antennas. The facility will also incorporate electrical equipment and a back-up generator within a 1,250 sf (25' x 50') Verizon lease area. The equipment pad will be sheltered by an eight foot-tall canopy. A six-foot tall chain-link fence with barbed wire will be constructed around the equipment pad to delineate the perimeter of the facility.
