CDFW have executed lake and streambed alteration agreement no. 1600-2015-0241-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to the project applicant, El Dorado County Community Development Agency, Transportation Division. The project is limited to the following activities: 1) replacement of a total of five road crossing culverts for unnamed seasonal drainages; 2) installation of a new driveway crossing culvert; 3) reconstruction of drainages immediately adjacent to roadways where widening will result in removal of existing drainage channel; and 4) placement of energy dissipaters and/or dikes within drainages to convey stormwater flows and minimize erosion of channel banks.
