Document Description
A Minor Subdivision of an approximately 12.9 acre parcel into two parcels of approximately 5.1 acres and 7.8 acres in size. The parcel is currently undeveloped. An unnamed stream runs through the southern portion of the parcel. The majority of the parcel is constrained by wetlands. A Special Permit is required to reduce the wetland setback in order to develop an access road to serve the parcels. The parcels will be served by an on-site well and on-site wastewater treatment systems.
